LRI, (Learning Resources International), Launch New FREE Monthly Training Video - The "Balanced Scorecard"

Yes, we're really pleased to be able to launch our new free monthly training video aimed at managers, trainers, and anyone who would like to learn more about the featured topic.

This month's video covers the concept of the "Balanced Scorecard" and has been on show on our YouTube channel for a while now - attracting over 100,000 views over the last 12 months.

The Balanced Scorecard, attributed to two Harvard researchers, Dr. Robert S. Kaplan and David P. Norton who carried out research into companies that were performing well with a view to trying to identify why. The result was a paper that was published in 1992 and was a big success, to be quickly followed by another equally successful and popular paper in 1993.

Later, in 1996, the two researchers took their research material and produced a book entitled "The Balanced Scorecard." Our video covers many of the principles included in that work and is a great place to start if you are interested in learning more about the balanced Scorecard process.

LRI operates a large library of training resources and we will be making more of it available for you to use within your own organisations - just complete the update request form and we will notify you when new free training courses are released.
